The staff were extremely nice and the value of the the hotel was great for what it provided. The room and bathroom were extremely clean, and the kitchen that was provided (even though we didn't use it) was high quality. Free coffee was provided in the mornings. Also Colonial Beach is 20 minutes away, a nice Potomac river beach.

Very clean, I’d have to say it was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed, even the remote came sealed so we knew it was thoroughly cleaned. Close to multiple food places and Walmart. Everything you could need was in walking distance. Pet friendly. Had things to do like corn hole, grills, and sitting area.

Quick, easy, friendly check in. Room was huge, and clean. I love the fact they cater to people with pets, good to know if we ever want to bring ours along!

This hotel was amazing. It had so many unexpected amenities. Stovetop, toaster, clothes basket and way more. The bed was super comfy and the furniture updated. Pretty colors and decor and a extremely accommodating staff . They even had ice cream for a late night craving.wow five stars from me I will be back to stay

The room smelled brand spanking new. Double queen beds with 4 pillows each. Huge business desk. Kitchenette with 2 burner stove, full size fridge, counter space in the bathroom for 2 people not to be in the way of each other. Doggie area with poopie bags for picking up. Plenty of parking.

Perfect location with a fantastic staff. Room was extremely clean and had more than I expected (full kitchen). Bed was fairly comfortable but firm. Located right across the road from the best mexican restaurant I have ever had.
