I booked a reservation through the app and when I got to the location, someone with the same name as me have checked in to my reservation, which had information crossed the reservation had my name and number, but their credit card information so my reservation was lost and I had to pay for a different room which they only had for one night at first, so the whole first day I spent it stressing that I wouldn’t have a reservation or a room for the following day due to my reservation mixup with booking.com

We didn't know there was breakfast available so we have no idea what it was like. We thought the staff was very attentive, kind, and friendly. We had a problem with the shower and maintenance was there very quickly, fixed the issue and noticed another. This was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in as well.

I was so impressed this hotel. It seemed brand new, it was sparkling clean and had basically a full kitchen. The cost was a steal. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Facility contained a fully stocked kitchen; full-sized fridge, microwave and stove. Also the room was very clean. Booked the room through Booking.com and the value was unbelievable. It was so inexpensive I actually was prepared for something to be wrong or at least subpar about my stay, but I was very surprised that there was nothing!

Ot was clean and close to everything! The management and the staff were awesome !! It was very hot in the first room and without hesitation they switched us to another one . The air was a little better in the 2nd room . They also let us change from a king to 2 queens !!

The staff were extremely nice and the value of the the hotel was great for what it provided. The room and bathroom were extremely clean, and the kitchen that was provided (even though we didn't use it) was high quality. Free coffee was provided in the mornings. Also Colonial Beach is 20 minutes away, a nice Potomac river beach.

The best hotel I've been to in years. Clean, friendly, the best blankets and pillows. We had an efficiency with stove, fridge, microwave, desk .... Everything for a very reasonable price. Renewed my faith in good lodging. We will return. W

Price,comfort,cleanliness and location. Also like the amenities like full frig, cooktop microwave and coffee maker. Plan ahead and bring your own breakfast and save some money

The staff here are incredibly professional and friendly. The room was lovely—large with a full size fridge, comfortable beds and we loved the toiletries in the bathroom. The room was also very clean. We will definitely return! The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants.
